Dr. Leo Zalikha is a Stanford-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the surgical and nonsurgical management of complex musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on joint replacement, fracture surgery, and advanced reconstructive techniques. His clinical expertise includes surgery for broken bones, total hip and total knee replacement, robotic-assisted surgery, direct anterior hip replacement, periprosthetic fracture surgery, and complex revision procedures for prosthetic joint infection, instability, and other challenging cases.

He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida and earned his MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine on a full tuition scholarship, having scored in the 100th percentile on the Medical College Admission Test. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University, where he trained extensively in high-volume trauma, complex fractures, and penetrating injuries.
